A reader with access to Loopnet.com (no access for cheapskates) found a listing for "Commercial property with 4 bungalows. Business OP restaurant with liquor license. Great situation for entrepreneur" at 1320 Echo Park Avenue, which just happens to be the same address as 15 Restaurant, which only opened last fall. The current outgoing message at the restaurant is from before the holidays, so we can't confirm if its open or for sale. More deets as they come in. ***UPDATE*** According to several commenters, 15 is open and busy, which is always a good sign. We still don't have confirmation about the restaurant property listing.
