Clear Channel has a little video action of some of the chefs and restaurants involved with DineLA Restaurant Week, and it's always entertaining to see chefs come out from behind the lines. There's a gothed-up Jared Simons---wearing more eyeliner and nail polish than all of the featured woman chefs put together ("no miss, that's just a lot of pepper in the pork")---from Violet, Neal Fraser from Grace, Evan Kleiman from Angeli Caffe, the Border girls and more.
