For some reason we pictured Luckyfish---Innovative Dining Group's new conveyor belt sushi concept---very yellow or bright red with lots of chrome. Don't ask us why. But this hot-off-the-presses rendering shows lots of wood, stone, browns, similar attributes as Sushi Roku and Katana (although designed by Tag Front, not Dodd Mitchell), which makes more sense. The large basin in the foreground is for the to-go sushi, and the conveyor belt shoots down the middle of the room with a sushi bar towards the back. The restuarant should open around Valentine's Day, located at 338 N. Canon Dr.
