Like clockwork, just as we start to obsess over the new Top Chef contestants, we get the announcement that Hell's Kitchen is now casting for the next season. The gist: Chefs must be 21 years old, "outspoken, competitive and can stand the HEAT in one of the most EXCLUSIVE kitchens in the world." Meaning, the fake restaurant build on a studio in Culver City. "Applicants must be passionate, skilled at their craft and should aim to become the next winner of HELL’S KITCHEN," natch. The next season is already in the can, so this for the season after that. The open call for Los Angeles will be on October 6 in Culver City (1pm-5pm, 11835 Major St., Suite 106).
