Other car was a Lexus that had its front bumper ripped off like a bra at spring break. Lexus driver's 'girl' claimed it was the truck driver's fault. Both were about 20, if even that." Lucky break for Hugo's on Santa Monica Boulevard, which went through a major remodel just last year.
