Because we've had a flurry of calls and emails today for more Michelin specifics, here's what we know: As already mentioned, the Los Angeles Michelin guide and all its star glory will be released on Monday, but so will the Las Vegas guide. Jean-Luc Naret is supposed to make calls to all the one-two-and-three starred chefs (for both guides) between 9:30am and 11:30am, and the launch party at the London West Hollywood will begin shortly after. We can't confirm if chefs were sent invitations for the party or if they'll be personally invited by Naret; maybe that's part of the surprise. But the big big news is what's happening two days later: There is quite the blockbuster Michelin party taking place at the Wynn in Las Vegas on Wednesday to celebrate all four U.S. guides, and rumor is lots of top toques are heading in from around the country including Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and LA's own Michael Cimarusti. Sounds like the place to be. [EaterWire]
