We queried about an unnamed 40,000-square-foot space with dancing in booze at 650 S. Spring, and sister site Curbed gets the skinny: The building is the SB Spring, a 190-condo project from developer Barry Shy, but don't expect a restaurant. The public hearing is for one-half event space (Shy says he'll rent to non-profits for fundraisers...for free!) and one-half lounge. Now we just need to know more about the lounge... [ELA; Curbed]
