The Eater has landed...in Vegas for the Michelin celebration. The woman who escorted us to our room (really, mad props to service at the Wynn) said they are expecting around 30 people today, 17 arrived yesterday and a few the day before. While not confirmed, here are some of the starred chefs we hear will be in attendance: Thomas Keller, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Ken Frank, Michael Cimarusti. And some are already hitting the town: Wynn chefs Paul Bartolotta and Daniel Boulud were spotted at the Lavo nightclub last night, and the Big Boulud made the rounds at Pure with Fleur de Lys' Hubert Keller, as well. Spotted nearby: Suge Knight. Oh, yes. Let the debauchery begin. [Daily Fiasco]
