If reality TV can make hot spots out of Ketchup, S Bar and Hyde (faves of The Hills), just think what a place like Saddle Ranch can do for reality TV:

Bischoff Hervey Entertainment (creators and producers of Scott Baio is 45 and Single on VH-1, among other popular shows) has teamed up with Saddle Ranch to bring the Saddle Ranch lifestyle and staff to the small screen in an exciting half hour docusoap series. Seeking – Males and Females, 18-35, great-looking and fun. Bartenders, servers, cocktail servers, hosts and hostesses. Varying restaurant experience a plus. PAID positions. Open Casting Call on Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 12pm-4pm at the Saddle Ranch Chop House on the Sunset Strip, located at 8371 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069. Two questions: What exactly is the Saddle Ranch "lifestyle" (mandanas, trucker hats and free windex shots?) and why can't the existing bartenders, servers, hosts and hostesses present it accordingly?
