A few weeks ago it was announced that Troy Thompson left his executive chef position at The Kress in Hollywood, with Travis Kamiyama, the exec sushi chef, as his replacement. Looking at the new menu, $15 Spider rolls and $18 spicy tuna rolls are a sure sign of who's probably going to the Kress for dinner. And someone has to pay for that $30 million, four-floor entertainment complex, might as well be people who don't know any better. [ELA; Zagat]
