What's the Deal With Two Boots Already?

ECHO PARK: We've received an inordinate amount of interest in the state of New York-transplant Two Boots Pizzeria, slated to open sometime this month next to the Echo on Sunset Boulevard. The Cajun Italian pizza and po' boys have a following, but so much excitement over yet another Eastside pizza shop? Unfortunately, we don't have much for an update except for this snap sent to us today with the note, "I swear they were cooking." That may be, but no one is answering the phone. Could be any day now... UPDATE: They're shooting to open in mid-December.
