Steven Arroyo told the Downtown News exactly what he told us about chef Greg Bernhardt leaving Church & State: "It's unethical for me to talk about what happened and I do have a legal responsibility not to discuss it...it just didn't work out." He says they'll "probably operate without an exec chef" but the menu will stay the same. Bernhardt left the restaurant a few weeks ago with some not-so-kind parting words. [Downtown News; ELA]
