2008 Curbed Cup

2008_12_curbedcup.jpg Our bloggy sister Curbed is deep in the throes of its annual Curbed Cup contest, which pits popular neighborhoods against each other to find Neighborhood of the Year. Today's Round 2 has Glendale vs. Culver City, and from a strictly restaurant perspective, Culver City Restaurant Explosion: Phase II (Akasha, Chipotle, Rush Street, Gyenari) should be able to take anything at Americana at Brand (Cheesecake Factory, Katsuya). However, Palate, the most notable Glendale debut this year, is way better than at least three of those CC restaurants put together. Could be a toss up. [Curbed]
