Name That Venue

It's never too early for everyone's favorite real estate guessing game. It's the end of the year and it looks like a lot of people are trying to unload businesses while they still can and blame it on the recession instead of fickle crowds. First up: A 9,000-square-foot restaurant and club with dancing on the Sunset Strip, there's a "coveted" patio, live music set up, a "massive" kitchen (with all equipment is included in the sale), has on-site parking, and is conducive to private parties. And the kicker: The current business "enjoys a unique concept." And it all could be yours for just $1.7 mil. As always, guesses as to who's on the market now goes in comments. [BizBen]
