Susan Feniger is knee-deep in getting her new Highland Avenue resto, Street, prepared for a February debut, and of course there's been the usual red-tape, probably many unforseen circumstances and unexpected delays, which is enough to make anyone bonkers. But damn it, she's gonna make it after all.
