DOWNTOWN: Holding true to its target date, Fleming's opens at L.A. Live tomorrow. What to expect: Dinner only, 100 wines by the glass, open kitchen, large bar, lots of windows and patio seating looking out to busy Olympic/Fig corner. The menu has everything from crab-stuffed mushrooms to chilled seafood towers, salads, prime steaks---your basic steakhouse fare, wich is interesting since the Palm is a few blocks away in one direction and Morton's in the other. But maybe the L.A. Live people are too lazy to walk that far for steak. So now L.A. Live has the ESPN Zone, Lucky Strike Lanes, Conga Room and Fleming's; the next to debut should be Lawry's Carvery, The Farm of Beverly Hills and The Yard House. [800 W. Olympic Blvd (at Figueroa), 213.745.9911; website]
