Open That Bottle Night: Restos Confirmed

We thought we'd do a little public service by asking restaurants to waive the corkage fee on February 23 for Open That Bottle Night 2008. True, not a holiday we heard of before, but you can't go wrong with the message: Got a bottle of vino (or two or five) you've been saving for whatever reason? Open it, pour a glass for a friend, and here's a night to do it. Some restaurants answered the call:

Whist at the Viceroy
Blue on Blue at the Avalon
Noe at the Omni Downtown
Café La Boheme
Pacific Dining Car Downtown and Santa Monica
Murano
Shula's 347 at Gateway
Chez Melange in Redondo Beach
No need to stop here. These folks just got the ball rolling, and there's plenty of room on this bandwagon. Just give us a shout, and we'll add you to the list.
