Steven Arroyo's now shuttered Happi Songs Asian Tavern could become Wyeth as soon as Monday, Feb 25. The focus will be "Americana," thus a comfort food-ish menu which is still in the works. We're told the name is in reference to American realist painter Andrew Wyeth. [ELA]
