In-N-Out customers in Arcadia have a habit of blocking entrance to Goldstein's bagels, and Goldstein is threatening a lawsuit: "I don't want to go to war with In-N-Out Burger," he said. "In war, everybody loses." The Pasadena In-N-Out on Walnut went through the same thing with a bicycle shop owner several years ago, but the owner decided to move. "They're not an evil company," said Lubanski, "but their businesses are designed to use city streets as parking lots." [Pasadena Star News]
