The Waffle opened for dinner last night, and perhaps its first almost-all-night schedule. Perfect for anything in waffle form, plus burgers, fries, shakes and options for our vegetarian, vegan and/or our four-legged friends. Per an Eater commenter, sounds like the first day was a doozy.
