BEVERLY HILLS: Scott Garrett, former sous chef at Whist the Viceroy, is now exec chef at Avalon Hotel's Blue on Blue restaurant. He says he'll keep the menus simple, seasonal, "fun." With a new team---sous Brett Robbins and chef de cuisine Kellie Knox---the poolside restaurant will launch a small bites/cocktail happy hour menu in March.
