Speaking of Susan Feniger...we interrupted her scramble at The Waffle to ask about Street, her new "street-food" concept opening in the former Dive/Highland Grounds space. Debut date is now September, but that can always change. Turns out it doesn't matter how long you've run successful restaurants, promoted the industry and supported charities in Los Angeles, the permitting/licensing/construction red tape is still a bitch.
