NY Times restaurant critic Frank Bruni picks 10 "restaurants that count" from coast to coast, including Fraiche in Culver City. It's a fun interactive package, maps, snazzy photographs, audio. But it's a review roll-out: Fraiche won't be featured until...well, sometime in the next three weeks. As for what's not included, the Bruni gives some shout outs, but already reviewed Cut, devoted a full article to Pizzeria Mozza, and Comme Ca, well, it's just one of many new brasseries he couldn't fit in.
