The hotel bar trend isn't letting up in LA, with several newcomers on the horizon: In addition to Gordon Ramsay, the Lodon West Hollywood will get Midnight on Sunset designed by David Collins Studio, same firm that did the New York outpost, and Westwood's Hotel Palomar's restaurant Blvd 16 (not to be confused with The Blvd at the Beverly Wilshire, or The Boulevard Lounge on Crescent Heights) will have a lounge with seasonal, fresh-fruit-herb-infused cocktails, natch.
