We like to think all cops are like Chief Wiggum ("Come out with your hands up, two cups of coffee, an auto freshener that says Capricorn, and something with coconut on it!") but apparently not. Except for the new generation who eats only health bars not donuts on their shifts, most others find small mom-and-pop shops and ethnic eats on their beats: Al-Watan for skewered meats and naan, Teresita's for enchiladas and nopales, T Quilea's or Acosta Taco for tacos, medianoche at Rosy's Bakery & Cuban Cafe.
