We heard through our very long grapevine that there's a good chance Grace and BLD chef/owner Neal Fraser signed a lease on a space downtown. Now, Fraser is consulting on several Cedd Moses projects downtown, including The Doheny and the newly refurbished Cole's P.E. Buffet, but this little birdie insinuated that this is an all-Fraser production. We don't have the where or when, or even firm confirmation that it's true. All we could get from Fraser: "Nothing to report yet. Pending." [EaterWire]
