Seven Restaurant & Bar, Not Seven Grand or Seven Lounge

We received this message from a publicist for Downtown's new Seven Restaurant & Bar:

"Highly anticipated Seven restaurant opens its doors this week in downtown LA, in the historic Quinby Building at 7th & Grand. Designed to the nines by Mae Brunken, and with an inspired menu created by Chef Mirko Paderno of LA hotspots Celestino Steakhouse, Ago and Dolce Enoteca, Seven owners Garry G and Joseph Tahanian are thrilled to share their creation with the downtown scene."
Let's break this down, shall we? First, Tahanian wants "to create a Westside or Hollywood style place, but without all the attitude" and insists it's restaurant first, bar second. He previously said the menu would be "new American cuisine" and "sexy," but now Paderno is involved? Paderno, of course, is co-owner and chef at All' Angelo (surprisingly left out of the release), previously worked at several of LA's top Italian restaurants and was the opening chef at Dolce. All Italian. We asked when Seven will open and the flacks said "soon" and then "next week," but Angelenic says Seven will open tomorrow, Thursday, April 4. Who's right, who's wrong?
