It's all about high-end modern Mexican cuisine downtown this year: There's John Sedlar's Rivera and Gabrie Morales' Provecho, and Rosa Mexicano at L.A. Live, plus Josef Centeno will be the new exec chef of Casa, a Mexican/Spanish-inspired restaurant that will open at the California Plaza in August (so much for this rumor).
