Curbed has the latest check-in with the Montage Beverly Hills Hotel, still shooting for a fall opening, with some restaurant news: There will be a 44-seat formal dining room with chef John Cuevas at the helm, a rooftop pool bar and grill, and a lobby lounge for afternoon tea during the day, champagne and live music at night. Cuevas worked with James Boyce at Studio, and was chef de cuisine at the Loft, at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. [Curbed LA]
