We hear from a tipster that Sunset Beach---the Beach on Sunset, whatever you want to call it---currently has a For Lease sign on it...again. We probably have more blog posts about it than days it was actually open: Debut and closure in November '06, and in 2007 a change of ownership in May, "official" open in August, and staff exodus in September. Steve Marlton probably decided to just let the dying whale beach itself.
