When staffers from Gordon Ramsay at the London West Hollywood sent us the opening menu, it was refreshing to not see hand rolls or nigiri because, really, LA needs more sushi offerings like we need chopsticks poking our eyeballs. According to this Craigslist ad, someone might be trying too hard to fit in: "Hell's Kitchen Gordon Ramsay is looking for experienced sushi chefs to join his team at the soon to be opened West Hollywood restaurant.
