We like Serious Eats, and we know everyone makes mistakes (obviously), but we also know that fact checking, even the slightest Google search to verify anything, isn't a difficult task. This here list of restaurants around the country that serve duck fat French fries has only seven picks, but the only Los Angeles entrant---Bin 8945---has been closed for some time now. On a sidenote: Kudos for picking Salt in Baltimore, a restaurant that deserves a visit if ever out that way. [Serious Eats]
