We told you about Kitchen 24 opening on Cahuenga, but over the weekend we noticed three more spots Plywooded on the same block between Hollywood Boulevard and Selma. Spacecraft Design's seemingly omnipresent black Plywood covers Bar DeLuxe, a new Art Deco-ey lounge from Spacecraft's Kris Keith. Under the green facade, natch, is Ecco, "Hollywood's first eco-friendly lounge" going into the former Tokio space. And it's rumored that the red Plywood is for a new pizza place from the people behind Citizen Smith, also just a few doors away, but that's unconfirmed for now. Is color-coded Plywood a new trend?
