Chef Shuffles

We just got word that opening exec chef Kristi Ritchie has officially left Murano Restaurant on Melrose. The restaurant opened last year, owned by Sandy Sachs and Robin Gans. There are unconfirmed rumors that there's been a management exodus of sorts (GM, bar manager, and now exec chef), which never bodes well. It's a shame since the food is actually pretty good and the space is attractive, but it's a notoriously cursed location. No word yet on Ritchie's replacement or where she'll spring up next.
