How many fast-casual Italian restaurants does downtown need? Apparently, a lot. On the heels of opening at 3rd and Grand atop Bunker Hill, Pastagina opened its second location ground floor level of the Grand Promenade Apartments (255 S Grand Ave), with a third coming to South Park's Market Lofts in July. There's one in Little Tokyo, and another planned for Koreatown. Is there really a need for that much mediocre pasta in one area? Seriously. [Angelenic]
