Sang Yoon is grateful for yesterday's USA Today profile, but he tells us it wasn't all exactly factual. "Doing interviews is so sketchy sometimes. Your words often get twisted. I'm not 'working' on a boutique hotel. I've been offered an opportunity to work on a boutique hotel. Have not decided. I'm not shopping around for a TV gig. Never have. I'm turning down those offers and I'm not trying to 'brand' myself like anybody else. And... I never referred to myself as 'Oriental.' So ridiculous." Well, any press is good press, right?[EaterWire]
