Last night we met a friend for a drink at the newly open Jian Korean BBQ and lo and behold who walked in? Audrina, Justin Bobby and a bevy of Hills crew for a "dinner date" scene. Good thing the restaurant wasn't full because it could've been really irritating for the other diners. This is how reality works, people: First the crew arrives and scopes out the joint---Where should they sit? Where should we put the cameras? Which server should wait on them? Then the 'stars' arrive, in this case Audrina Patridge and her BF Justin Bobby, who chat up the staff, the crew, and basically just wait around. They go back outside so the cameras can get a shot of them walking in and the impromptu date begins. We're sure the two had yet another compelling conversation over a plate of bul go gi, but we had to leave. Recapping our outing for chef Eric Greenspan at The Foundry later (lovely dinner), he told us The Hills filmed at his Melrose restaurant twice. He almost kicked out Brody Jenner for sending back salmon and asking for it to be "cooked right this time." Oh, reality!
