Whether you look to Greenpeace, which ranks leading retailers according to the eco-friendliness of their seafood offerings (Whole Foods trumps most others including Trader Joe's), or the Monterey Bay Aquaruim's Seafood Watch List, it's hard to decipher what to eat and where to get it without feeling pangs of guilt.
