As a follow up to last week's news that Steven Arroyo's short-lived Goat is now a third Cobras & Matadors, new chef Michael Ruiz sent us the menu and dare we say, on paper, it looks damn tasty. A huge improvement over the current ones at the original and Los Feliz locations. Maybe C&R is still in the game after all. [EaterWire]
