We have a second unconfirmed confirmation that a Bouchon or Bouchon-type restaurant is in the works for LA. A Friend of Eater was in Vegas last week, and while brunching at Keller's Bouchon one of chefs said there really is a Bouchon planned to open in downtown LA next year. Anisette in Santa Monica, Comme Ca in West Hollywood and a Bouchon downtown? It would be French brasseries at every turn. Still awaiting word from the Keller camp but...omigodomigodomigod... [ELA]
