Soft Open: Crudo Bar & Ristorante Finally Debuts

New signage went up a few weeks ago

WEST HOLLYWOOD: Antonio Alessi's new Crudo Bar & Ristorante that we've been so diligently tracking finally opened this week. Please recall that this is an Italian restaurant in the former Norman's space in what was once called the Sunset Millennium complex, the same that holds Ketchup, Caffe Primo, H&M and other shops. The one single time we actually got someone on the phone, we were told there will be a crudo bar and a lounge, the dining room was completely reconfigured, and the patio more enclosed. Crudo opened for lunch only this week, and will continue lunch Mon-Fri next week with happy hour and dinner to follow. (8570 W Sunset Blvd, 310.289.1131)
