The Table 8 shuffle is currently underway, so there's nothing for Govind Armstrong to do but keep talking up the new location and the planned burger bar at the Melrose original. About 8 oz., the burger joint: the menu will have signature burgers but also customizable ones made with grass-fed Estancia beef or free-range turkey, sauces will all be made in-house, from the heirloom tomato ketchup to the cured bacon. And what of this beefy burger and steak trend that's still sweeping the country? "Neither will ever go out of style, they only become more stylish depending on how they are dressed or the setting they in."
