CITRUS at SOCIAL: A restaurant celebrity: The hostess sat Providence co-owner and GM Donato Poto right next to us last night (6/26), which was odd only because the place was barely a third full. Chef Remi Lauvand went over and the two chatted in French, maybe Italian. It was far enough that we couldn't hear, but close enough that we could share menu tips earlier. [StarWatch]
