BREAKING: Suzanne Tracht's Suzpree Location Revealed

We recently heard that the new Suzanne Tracht restaurant Suzpree was no longer planned for Century City but moving to Beverly Boulevard instead, which would make sense since trekking from Jar to Century City on a regular basis could get absolutely maddening if the chef wanted to keep a close eye on both (keep Tracht's in Long Beach out of this train of thought for now). The new location was underwraps until now: Suzpree will be in the corner building on Beverly and Ogden, across from CBS and just a hop and a skip from the Grove. To recap, expect a contemporary spin on pan-Asian street food with emphasis on SE Asia and SoCal influences, an open kitchen and huge central bar, and Tracht's right-hand man Preech Narkthong at the helm. They're shooting for a spring/summer 2009 debut.
