UniformWire: SBE's Designer Duds for SLS Bazaar Staff

Per Racked LA, these rendered uniforms are for staffers at SBE's forthcoming SLS Hotel, including the restaurants and lounges: The last three (left to right) are The Bazaar server, sommelier and barmaid. Will these match the cuisine of Jose Andres and design of Philippe Starck? And isn't difficult to find servers who actually know what they're doing and look like Robert Palmer "Addicted to Love" models?

On that note, we didn't have much success with our search for the best/worst/ugliest/prettiest server uniform contest from earlier this year; just not enough submissions. But that doesn't mean we're dropping it entirely. We want pictures of you or your servers in uniform and we'll start a regular poll series much like our sister Racked's Street Scenes. Come on, it will be tres fun.
