Eater SF has all the deets on the mega Slow Food Nation event taking place up north on Labor Day weekend. Billed as "the largest celebration of American food in history," all the slow foodies will be there, including Alice Waters, Michael Pollan and Carlo Petrini, plus tasting events and a concert with Gnarls Barkley, Ozomatli and G.
