Guest chef Noriuki Sugie has extended his stay at the Century City Breadbar until July 31. The press release says "due to popular demand," which we suspect came only after Jonathan Gold and various bloggers wrote about it the week it was supposed to end. Gold says: "Sugie’s brand of fusion is subtle and sophisticated, from an aesthetic probably more influenced by French dudes like Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon than by the big flavors of local hero Nobu Matsuhisa." Here's a look at the menu. [EaterWire]
