Remember when Pinkberry started selling coffee-flavored chilly bliss after Starbucks' CEO Howard Schultz' venture capital firm dumped $27.5 million into the froyo chain? Well, now Starbucks is looking to sell frozen beverages, including one "yogurt-based," to the SoCal masses. The coffee company is apparently investigating what sort of plan reviews, if any, they need to submit to Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange Counties to put the dispensers on the counters.
