Father's Office chef/owner Sang Yoon gets super star treatment in USA Today, which calls him "one of the hottest young entrepreneurs in the culinary world." Beyond all the puffiness, there's not much here we Angelenos don't already know, but what is notable is that Yoon is looking to brand himself like Puck or even Rachel Ray (they said it, not us), that he'll have a 20-foot moblie kitchen trailer for events, that he's working on a 15-room boutique hotel in Newport Beach, writing a cookbook and shopping around for a TV show gig. Muses Sang: "Who would have thought an Oriental kid making matzo balls for Passover would have come this far?" [USA Today]
