We had a little tease inside Rush Street earlier this week, but here's a better idea of what the new Culver City bar and restaurant looks like. We're told there's still some final touches---more art, the upstairs patio needs a little work---but for the most part this is it. Some readers (or perhaps competition?) commented that the decor looks stuck in 1994 or that serving roasted marrow bones and pot roast will get them nowhere in LA. Not sure we agree with either of those, but we'll know more after a little preview tonight. There can never be too many places to drink in downtown CC, so we'll cut them some slack. For now. The joint opens on Saturday, July 12. (9546 Washington Blvd, 310.837.9546)
